Preparing an enquiry
The enquiry form and planner prepare a project brief in your browser. Your website, priority service, notes and any contact details stay in the current page until you choose to copy, download or open an email draft. The planner does not connect to your website, Search Console or analytics accounts.

Choosing to send an email
Opening a draft passes its contents to your email application. You review the message and send it yourself. Selecting a copy places the reply email you provide in the draft’s visible CC field. Your email provider and the receiving provider process a message you send. Share only the information needed to discuss the project, and keep passwords and private customer records out of the enquiry.

Copies and browser storage
A copied brief goes to your clipboard; a downloaded brief is saved to your device. These copies include the details you have entered, so handle them as you would any business document. The site uses session storage to remember whether the introduction has played. Reloading or leaving the page may clear your unsaved enquiry.

Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the technical requests needed to serve its pages, including information such as IP addresses and browser details. This is separate from the project information you enter in the enquiry form. No marketing analytics is currently configured on this website.

Project information and account access
If we agree to work together, the project agreement identifies the parties, access needed and responsibilities for handling information. Account access is arranged separately for the approved work. Completing the planner does not grant Middle access to any account.

Middle SEO is the SEO department of Middle R&D. Contact support@middlernd.com with questions about information you have shared or to discuss a correction or removal request. Include enough context to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary personal information.
