Starting a conversation
Middle SEO is the SEO department of Middle R&D. Sending an enquiry, preparing a brief or discussing the service does not commit either party to a paid project. A written agreement identifies the legal parties, scope, fee, payment terms, responsibilities and delivery dates before work begins.
02
The Search Opportunity Build
The build focuses on one priority service and a specified set of pages. The proposal identifies the content, technical changes, access, approvals, acceptance checks, handover and the included review checkpoint. If a separate diagnostic is needed to define the project, its scope and fee are agreed first.
03
Changes and further work
Extra pages, services, locations, migrations, specialist development and third-party costs are included only where the proposal states so. Changes to the scope and fee require agreement. Ongoing SEO is optional and has its own scope, review points and terms, including how the engagement can end.
04
Work delivered and results observed
Acceptance checks confirm whether the scoped work has been completed. Search engines control crawling, indexing and rankings; demand, competition and other factors also affect business results. The service does not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue or inclusion in AI answers. Illustrations and labelled example scopes explain the work; they are not client case studies or results.
05
Client confidentiality
We do not publish your business name, project data or results without your written permission. Public sample scopes and handover formats are illustrative and contain no client information. Any specific permission to share work is separate from the agreement to deliver it.
06
Ownership and handover
Your business keeps control of its website and search accounts. The agreement specifies the content, work records and handover you receive, any third-party licenses and the access needed to deliver the project.
